Christian Nationalism Is Not Just a Threat—It’s Policy Now

What used to be fringe has now become federal. Christian nationalism has moved from the pulpit to the policy table. The Trump administration’s second term has further erased the line between church and state, embedding conservative Christian dogma into legislation.

Whether it's book bans, anti-LGBTQ+ laws, or abortion bans, many of these policies are not just conservative—they are explicitly theocratic. This is not about faith; it’s about control.

Progressives must champion pluralism and the First Amendment by loudly defending secular governance. Theocracy in disguise threatens us all.
