Implemented without prior consultation with the workforce, the program focuses on altered duty patterns. While workers voted on and approved a new Saturday off schedule (2 in 5 Saturdays), this slight improvement in work-life balance is overshadowed by concerns regarding longer weekday hours and increased workloads.
