Shattered Innocence

A 59-year-old man, Anthony Sabatini, from Palm Coast, Florida, was arrested and charged with sexual battery stemming from an alleged incident in August 2023. The victim reported to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office that she was sexually assaulted by Sabatini at a residence in Palm Coast. The investigation involved detectives interviewing the victim and gathering evidence. Based on the evidence and testimony, the Sheriff's Office obtained an arrest warrant for Sabatini. He was located and arrested in Bunnell, Florida, on May 16, 2024. Sabatini was booked into the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and is being held without bond. The State Attorney’s Office will be prosecuting the case.
