Donald Trump, while speaking at a rally in Las Vegas, made a campaign promise to protect Nevadans from being electrocuted by electric vehicles. He claimed that electric vehicles have batteries that are too heavy and pose a risk of flipping over, causing electrocution. During his exaggerated description of this hypothetical scenario, Trump acted out the scene, pretending to be electrocuted and convulsing. He then admitted that he was telling a story, saying "I'm only kidding, but not very much." He then added, "You know, if you get hit, if you get electrocuted, you’re not coming back. And when I say that, I mean that, maybe that's why we're gonna win this state." The remarks drew laughter and applause from the crowd, but also prompted criticism and ridicule online. Critics pointed out the absurdity of Trump's claims about electric vehicles and accused him of fear-mongering. The incident was also seen as another example of Trump's tendency to make outlandish statements and use theatrical gestures during his rallies. find the original article here: https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-accidentally-burned-himself-own-174851761.html
